Season Ticket Holder Reprint Policy

Have your Mavs season tickets been lost or stolen?

Lost your tickets or had them stolen? If so please call 214-747-MAVS (6287) to speak with an Account Executive to request a reprint of your tickets. When calling, please make sure to have the following information:

Reason for the reprint (lost, stolen**, etc…).

Customer name making the request.

Account name and number of tickets to be reprinted.

Relationship of requester to account owner.

The date of the game and opponent.

A valid day and evening contact number (cell phone preferably).

Game night contact name and number.

Valid e-mail address.

Ticket Location to be reprinted.

Will Call name (ticket reprints will only be available for will call pick up the night of the game).

Credit card information to charge should the original tickets show up and we need (and are able) to replace with additional tickets.

**Please note if tickets are stolen, a police report needs to be filed as a police report number will be requested to reprint stolen tickets.
